Refund Policy

IJB will provide refund to the customers if any one from the following conditions are satisfied:

  • 01.Wrong product has been received as per the ordered product. Customer needs to email us on support@indianjerseybrand.com and send images of the wrong product with their details.
  • 02.Damaged products received. Customer needs to email the images of damaged product with details.
  • 03.Customer not satisfactory with the design and wants to order other design. At this time refund will be transferred in the form of coupon code which customer can use within a year.
  • 04.Refund will only be processed with completely packaging of product with inovice in it.
